About the series:
Jesus encountered people who were skeptical of him as well as those who were deeply scarred by the pains from life on a fallen world. This is still true today. We will take a closer look at these stories of skeptics and scars from the Gospel of Mark and how they apply us today.
About this week's message:
Jairus took a risk in coming to Jesus. He had everything to lose in doing so, but he went anyway. The woman with the bleeding disorder took a different kind of risk. She had already lost everything financially. She risked returning home without healing, but she went to Jesus anyway. God rewards risks that are on the foundation of faith.
